Happy Thanksgiving and hope everyone had a great one!  We are so thankful for you and everyone that has supported us in this great adventure.

November marks a changing of the season, not to mention we had an election and that will bring change as well.

As sure as the Gails of November bring temperature changes and snow, the beginning of the month was marked with record highs and lots of great fall golf.  The best greens I’ve played all year!  And it ended with a winter storm and snow for 3 days straight.  NICE!!!

Some CHANGES to be made aware of in the coming month.  

-We will no longer be using Zen Planner (this comes as a cost savings for the business as we are not using the platform much anymore and have had too many technical issues to warrant continuing our membership, also poor customer service made the decision easy).

-What that means for you the client, if you pay with a credit card, we will need your credit card information for the new POS system.  This will only need to be done once and we can put you on the auto payment option if you choose.

-Scheduling will be done through your trainer if you are a small group training member (this is pretty much how everyone has been doing it anyways, if you don’t have your trainers phone number, please ask.  Text your desired appointments and that’s all!  You can still do this weekly no problem).

-We will reach out to you personally to update payment information in whatever form you feel comfortable.  Thank you for understanding.

Please remember to rack weights and pick up after yourself.  Failure to do so may result in fines and/ or expulsion.

-We completed 154 total sessions for the month of November.  (182 total for November ’23)
-We averaged 38.5 sessions per week.
-We are averaging 149.5 sessions per month YTD. 
-7,075 total training sessions have been completed at SS since opening in November 2020.
-1,668 total sessions for 2024 YTD 
-Finishes the year *2,116 sessions 2023 YTD.  *1,725 Sessions were completed 2022 YTD.  *1,718 sessions in 2021 YTD.
Erin sessions: 59 for the month of November *** 1,540 sessions Total.
