October is a wonderful time of year.  The natural beauty and crisp in the air have a way of slowing down even the most chaotic of times.

With that being said, we had a wonderfully busy October.  We had an amazing turnout for the ribbon cutting on October 6th.

We have added 12 new members to the Smart Strength family (11 keycards and 1 training membership)in the month of October.

We now have 43 active keycard memberships and 18 small group training members.

We have Lunchtime yoga (M,W,F @ noon), Cardio Drumming/ Pilates (Wednesday @ 4 30pm) and 8 week Challenge/ HIIT class (Tu, Thr @ 6pm)

 

We are blessed with amazing clients, and I thank you all for committing to Smart Strength as a brand and supporting us.

We will work tirelessly to make sure you get the top-notch experience and results you are looking for.

To recap the month

-We completed 136 total sessions for the month of October.

-We averaged 34 sessions per week.

-We are averaging 125 sessions per month YTD.

3,035 total training sessions have been completed at SS since opening in November 2020.

1393 Sessions have been completed 2022 YTD.  *Compared 1,387 sessions in 2021 YTD.

Erin sessions 38 for the month of September.  78 sessions YTD.
